Why external images cannot be displayed

External images are often used by senders to track a recipient’s read status or the reader’s IP address (usually via a 1-pixel image). They are not loaded by default, and we do not recommend loading them.

1. If this affects your normal email experience, click the “Load external images” button at the top to temporarily allow images for a single email.
2. If you want all emails to load images automatically, click “Settings” in the lower-left corner, check “Automatically load remote images,” and save.

How to set scrolling or pagination

You can change the scrolling or pagination mode in Settings in the lower-left corner.
