Dashboard -> Multi-Domain Pay-Group -> Domain Manage -> OEM Beta
OEM customization enables access to the web client through a custom domain and supports configuring custom information to increase brand exposure.
- Prepare a custom domain
- Configure DNS resolution: CNAME to the resolution address provided by GetMX
- Click the Create OEM button and fill in the custom information. Default values will be displayed for any fields left blank.
- Submit for review. The review period is one business day. After approval, you can access it directly through the bound domain.
- The OEM feature is supported only for Growth and higher plans
- Hiding copyright information is supported only for Scale and higher plans
- CNAME address: mail-client-oem.getmx.com
- SSL certificates are generally used to prevent ISP hijacking. GetMX API requests require HTTPS, so the SSL certificate bound to the frontend can be provided or omitted. If provided, the access address protocol will be https.
- SSL certificate configuration is a technical operation. Applying for a certificate involves domain permission verification or code writing. For the application process, please consult your company’s technical staff or search for instructions yourself.
- If an SSL certificate is configured, pay attention to its validity period. It is generally valid for 3 months to 1 year. Update the SSL certificate before it expires; otherwise, access to the custom domain will be affected.
- A single domain or pay group supports configuring up to 10 OEM rules
- A custom domain only supports logging in to the single domain bound to it or the multiple domains under the pay group bound to it
