How to Request a Refund

• Send an email to: [email protected], and note “Refund + domain”

Refund Calculation

• Monthly orders: If more than one day but less than one month, the number of days used will be deducted on a daily basis
  • Single-domain version: Foundation $0.8/day, Growth $1/day, Scale $3/day
  • Multi-domain version: Foundation $1.6/day, Growth $2/day, Scale $6/day
• Annual orders: If less than one year, the number of months used will be deducted on a monthly basis
  • Single-domain version: Foundation $8/day, Growth $10/day, Scale $30/day
  • Multi-domain version: Foundation $16/day, Growth $20/day, Scale $60/day
• Refunds are subject to payment platform fees: 5% to 10% of the total payment amount

Refund Restrictions

• A single account can receive at most one refund per month
