Domain Email -> Email Manage -> Receive DNS
Receiving rules are a way to filter emails through specific rule configurations. They reduce unwanted incoming emails, which not only improves mailbox loading speed but also reduces quota usage.

- Up to 50 rules are supported. If you need more, contact customer service to increase the limit.
- You can create multiple conditions in a single rule without adding multiple rules, which would reduce efficiency.
- Discarded emails do not use quota, while emails moved to Trash do use quota.
- System emails, such as bounce messages, system notifications, and announcements, do not follow receiving rules and will be delivered to the default folder.
- If you need to configure multiple domains at the same time, use Multi-Domain - Paid Group to configure all domains with one click. Click to view: Multi-Domain - Paid Group Receiving Rules
- When configured as “Does Not Contain,” only emails whose subject or content contains the specified content will be received; all other emails will be discarded. Whitelist logic can be easily misconfigured, so “Does Not Contain” should only be configured when you are very clear that you only want to receive emails with specific content.
