Pay -> Paid Version Migration
- Migrate one “domain/paid group” to another “domain/paid group”
- After migration, the “old domain/old paid group” will be downgraded to the Free version, and the “new domain/new paid group” will become the paid version
- Both are single domains or both are paid groups: the duration is the sum of the durations of the original two domains or paid groups
- Single domain to paid group: halve the single domain duration, then add the original duration of the paid group
- Paid group to single domain: multiply the paid group duration by 2, then add the original duration of the single domain
- No duration is lost during transfer. Please transfer with confidence. A calculation prompt will be shown before transfer.
Example: domain or paid group A is migrated to domain or paid group B
- A/B must be under this account
- A/B cannot be in a paid group. If they are in a paid group, they must first be unbound into independent domains
- If both A and B are paid versions, make sure A and B are on the same paid version. If they are not on the same paid version, please upgrade them to the same version first
- A must be running normally and must not exceed the maximum inbound or outbound email volume
- A single account supports at most one migration per day
- Scale is a dedicated server and does not support self-service migration. If you need to migrate, please contact customer service
- Single domains and paid groups can be converted between each other, but they must be on the same version. If they are not on the same version, please upgrade to the same version first
- Renewal: extends the validity period without changing the paid version
- Upgrade: upgrades the version without extending the paid version’s validity period; upgrade by paying the price difference
- Paid Version Migration: transfers the paid version of an existing “domain/paid group” to another “domain/paid group” without extending the paid version duration or changing the paid version
