Emails that fail to be received or sent will not count toward the receiving or sending quota
Emails from mail collection, email groups, and similar features that are pushed to multiple mailboxes at the same time only count as 1 quota item
System emails do not count toward the receiving quota, such as bounce messages, system notifications, and announcements
If a Free domain mailbox is not logged in to for 3 months, it will automatically be set to inactive status (receiving stopped + email archived). It will return to active status and resume functionality after you log in again
