How to get a refund

• Send an email to: [email protected] and note "refund + domain name"

Refund Calculation

• Monthly payment order: if the payment is longer than one day but shorter than one month, the number of days used will be deducted on a daily basis
  • Single domain version: Foundation $0.8/day, Growth $1/day, Scale $3/day
  • Multi-domain version: Foundation $1.6/day, Growth $2/day, Scale $6/day
• Annual payment order: If it is less than one year, the number of months of use will be deducted on a monthly basis
  • Single domain version: Foundation $8/day, Growth $10/day, Scale $30/day
  • Multi-domain version: Foundation $16/day, Growth $20/day, Scale $60/day
• The refund needs to deduct the payment platform fee: 5%%至10%of the total payment amount

Refund restrictions

• A single account can only be refunded once a month
